Initial Comments:An off-site, state licensure follow-up survey conducted on April 7, 2023 found that Interim Healthcare Services, Inc. had corrected the deficiencies cited under 28 PA Code, Part IV, Health Facilities, Subpart G. Chapter 601. The deficiencies were cited as a result of a state re-licensure survey completed on February 10, 2023.
